We recently introduced our EAS staff to our 6 core values – Resonsibility, Honesty, Loyalty, Relationships, Creativity and Achievement by thanking them for their amazing hard work and rewarding them with a burger and chips from Galitos.
There was only one catch… Before they received their burger, they each had to choose which value was most important to them and put their name on the relevant poster.
