- 01Not at all. Although we work with over 80 of the world’s top 100 brands and many of the top brands locally, we also provide branding solutions to much smaller companies and start-ups.
- 02We offer delivery nationwide. Delivery dates are dependent on the products ordered and the quantities. Before your order goes into production, your account manager will confirm the dispatch date.
- 03Our UK office is located in Arborfield just south of Reading. If you are looking to purchase our products outside of the UK we have international agents in Ireland, Spain, Germany, France, Switzerland, Durban (SA), Cape Town (SA), Denver (USA), Atlanta (USA), Canada, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, and Dubai.
- 04At Expandasign, we offer a vast range of portable branding solutions from loads of off-the-shelf products like Banner Flags, Pull-Up Banners, Gazebos, Tents, Inflatables and so much more, to completely custom-made options specifically designed to your company or event requirements. - 05We have no minimum order quantity. We have the flexibility to manufacture 1 unit and the capacity to do 1000. As with most bespoke manufactured items, price reduces as quantity rises, but we recognise that very often one unit is all that is needed to get your brand out there.
- 06You can either send through a Quote Request or Contact Request form through our website and we will get in touch with you or contact us directly via email or phone.
- 07We need to receive your artwork set on our template with your logo in a format suitable for large format printing, preferably vector or print-ready PDF. If you require an artwork template get in touch with your account manager and they will be able to supply this to you via email. - 08We can normally re-create your logo in the correct format, for which we will charge a per hour fee. However, we will supply you with this logo file to you for future use.
- 09Yes, in all instances. This will give you an idea of what the finished product will look like, as well as any issues pertaining to colours, logos, images, etc. our studio may encounter whilst proofing the artwork for print.
- 10This is all dependent on the products you’ve ordered and the quantities. Before your order goes into production, your account manager will confirm the dispatch date. Please note that if you are a new customer products will only be dispatched once payment has been made in full.
- 11Provided that the hardware is from Expandasign, yes you can. Our hardware is made to last with most of our products offering the flexibility to be reskinned when the fabric becomes old and faded or you messgae changes. These products include: Flying, Feather and Wing Banners, Ex-Up Banners, Media Walls, Ex-T Lite, Ex-T and Gazebos, Ex-Stars, Ex Ups, Parasols and Bean Bags. Should you need any additional or replacement hardware this is also available separately, subject to our £25 minimum order charge.

- 14All orders are sent via FedEx or DPD (depending on size of order and boxes being sent). Both couriers will require a signature on delivery. If you have special delivery instructions please let your account manager know when you place your order, or call the office on 0118 976 0445. In the event of any instruction given by you to the courier i.e. (leave in safe place / leave with neighbour etc) are done so at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible and we can't guarantee that they will follow any special instructions we apply to your delivery. Tracking details can be provided for most items. Please be aware that once an item is dispatched from us, it is beyond our control, as we rely on third party courier services to get your goods to you on time. Due to this we cannot guarantee delivery times, regardless of what delivery option is used. Please note a next working day delivery however, cannot be an absolute guarantee of service. It represents the standard we aspire to achieve on goods marked as such. We will not pay compensation or refund postage should your delivery arrive late. (Feedback on delivery times is always welcome to help us refine our service even more). IMPORTANT: Please check the item for any damage before signing as you are signing to receive the goods in perfect condition. Expandasign cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for. Please make sure you are available for delivery as this applies to any signature received.
